Today we’re releasing a major update to Switchboard: the chatbot platform and our new Smart Router. This launch combines two key ideas — giving users direct access to 15 state-of-the-art models in a unified interface, and introducing intelligent routing that continuously learns from outcomes. Together, these capabilities make Switchboard one of the most flexible and technically robust ways to work with AI today.

With this release, Switchboard becomes more than a model router: it’s a full-featured chatbot platform designed for developers, researchers, and teams. Here’s what’s included:
